This website is operated by Krinisha ("we," "us," "our"). Our website address is krinisha.com.
What personal data we collect and why
Orders and checkout. When you place an order or complete checkout, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, and order details (products, quantities, price). We use this to process, fulfil, and deliver your order, and to communicate with you about it.
Cash on Delivery. If you choose Cash on Delivery, your name, address, and phone number are shared with our delivery/courier partner solely to complete the delivery.
Online payments. If you pay online, payment is processed directly by Shopify Payments or our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — that information is handled entirely by the payment processor under its own security standards.
Accounts. If you create an account, we store your name, email, phone, and saved addresses so you can track orders and check out faster next time. You can view, edit, or request deletion of this information at any time.
Contact forms and interest submissions. If you submit a contact form or register interest in a product, we collect the details you provide (name, phone, email, message) to respond to you or notify you as requested.
Cookies and local storage. We use cookies to keep your cart working across pages and to remember your session. Your wishlist is stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) and is not shared with anyone. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking beyond what Shopify's platform requires to operate the store.
Who we share data with
We share order and delivery information with the services needed to run our store: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), our payment processor(s), and our shipping/courier partner(s). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep your data
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal/tax record-keeping requirements, and support customer service. You can request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
